Refund policy
We do not accept returns and exchanges, but if there's something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at contact@dropngems.com.
Our items are made to order and because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item with photos of wrong/damaged items, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We’re sorry to hear that your product arrived [damaged/mislabeled]. Our team will look into the order, so please share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue. We’ll be happy to assist and reship the product for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
At this time we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure of which size would fit better, please check out our sizing chart--we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Only orders that have an issue may be considered for refund. After contacting us at contact@dropngems.com, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
